Russian film “To Paris” will be shown in the USA and Canada
Russian film “To Paris” will be shown in the USA and Canada, informed “Blitz Film” company, which concluded an agreement with the American corporation ATI (Associated Television International) on the sale of rights to screening and distribution of the film.
One of the roles in the film was played by Sergei Makovetsky, the Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, Member of the Council of the Russian Union of Rightholders. Actors Dmitry Pevtsov, Renata Litvinova, Fedor Dobronravov, Kirill Zaitsev, Evgeny Stychkin, Tornike Kvitatiani, Mikhail Efremov, Igor Zolotovitsky, Alina Lanina and others starred in the film.
The script was written by Stanislav Govorukhin, Sergey Ashkenazi and Sergey Sarkisov.
“To Paris” is an adventure comedy about three Soviet officers who, after the Victory in the Great Patriotic War (WWII), go to the capital of France.
Sergey Makovetsky is a Soviet and Russian film and theater actor, in 1994 received “The Best Dramatic Actor in Europe” award. Critics have repeatedly called Makovetsky one of the best artists in Russian cinema and theater, noting that his characters are not typical “noble” heroes, but real and versatile.
