RUR took part in MIDEM 2012

RUR took part in MIDEM – the largest international music industry trade fair which was held from 28 to 31 January 2012 in Cannes (France) and brought together attendees from all over the world.
In the framework of MIDEM RUR delegation met with a number of collective management societies including SENA (Holland), RAAP (Ireland), AIE (Spain), PPL (United Kingdom), A.F.I. (Italy), ABRAMUS (Brazil) and SACEM (France).
International activity allows RUR to organize its effective work, sign bilateral agreements and represent interests of Russian artists and record companies abroad.

MIDEM is the international music industry trade fair which has been held annually in Cannes, France, since 1966. MIDEM brings together representatives of music industry: record labels, societies for collective management of intellectual rights, producers, concert managers, editors of the media world and other specialists in the sphere of music.
