RUR concluded an agreement with SACD and SCAM (France)

RUR concluded an agreement with French collective management societies – the Society of Dramatic Authors and Composers (SACD) and the Society of multimedia authors (SCAM), which represent the interests of French authors in the sphere of cinema.

The agreement will help to protect the rights of directors and authors of the scripts in the sphere of private copying and provide effective international management of such rights.

Cooperation with French colleagues will allow to carry out collecting of the remuneration for private copying of cinematographic and audiovisual works for Russian right-holders in the territory of France and, accordingly, in favor of French authors in Russia.
