RUR concluded an agreement with AFI – the Italian society

RUR concluded an agreement with AFI – the Italian Association of Phonographic Producers. The agreement will help to protect the rights of music and video producers in the sphere of private copying and provide effective international management of such rights.

According to the agreement RUR will collect and distribute royalties for private copying of phonograms and audiovisual works in Russia in behalf of Italian producers, and AFI will pay these royalties to its members.

AFI is the Italian collective management society which represents and protects the interests of Italian record companies in the territory of Italy and abroad.
