Experts from 30 countries will discuss issues of intellectual property management during IPQuorum 2019
Experts from 30 countries will discuss key problems of the Russian, European and Asian economies during the international forum on intellectual property IPQuorum, which will be held on April 10-12 in Kaliningrad.
“Over 1,5 thousand experts from 30 countries of the world will be discussing acute problems of various sectors of Russian, European and Asian economies in the light of intellectual property within three days,” the Forum organizing committee said. Leading foreign and Russian experts will present specific cases and assess possibilities of using the toolkit of intellectual property to solve actual problems in the socio-economic sphere.
Business program will include the issues of legislative activity, technological development, role of people in social and economic transformation, the impact of human capital level on the qualitative changes in society. Experts will also discuss the transformation of markets under the pressure of megatrends, the formation of new IP objects and intangible assets and their incorporation into economic turnover.
The thematic program of the forum will cover the main spheres, that actively accumulate various IP objects: music, cinema and animation, literature, media, architecture, urban science and various types of design, digital technologies and game industry, biotechnology, agro-industry, science, etc.
The key agenda of the forum will be devoted to three main topics: “People and human capital”, “Law and technologies”, “Money, markets and values”. The program will cover the main areas that actively accumulate various objects of intellectual property.
According to the organizers, several thematic spaces will be opened within the forum. Educational and applied IPQLAB, cultural and entertainment IPQCULTFEST and exhibition space IPQFAIR will be organized in parallel to business agenda. Each of the venues will be accessible not only to forum participants, but also to local citizens and visitors to the region.
The forum is organized by the IPChain Association, the Confederation of Rightholders’ Societies of Europe and Asia and the Federation of Intellectual Property.
