International Private Copying Association (IPCA)

International association of organizations carrying out collective management of the authors’, performers’ and producers’ of phonograms and audiovisual products rights to receive the remuneration for free reproduction of phonograms and audiovisual products exclusively for private purposes – IPCA – was created according with Memorandum, signed on July, 12th 2010.
IPCA unites the following international collective rights management societies: «National center of intellectual property» (Republic Belarus), «Russian Union of Right-holders» (Russian Federation) and «Association of phonogram producers» (Republic Kazakhstan).
National center of intellectual property (NCIP) is the state organization, protecting intellectual rights in Belarus, including collecting remuneration for phonograms and audiovisual products reproduction for private purposes.

Association of phonogram producers (APP) is the state accredited organization in the sphere of realization of authors’, performers’ and producers’ of phonograms rights to receive the remuneration for private copying in Republic Kazakhstan.
Thus the organizations that have joined the Association are entitled to represent their countries.

IPCA was created in order to set up the system of protection of the authors’, performers’ and producers’ of phonograms and audiovisual products rights to receive the remuneration for free reproduction of phonograms and audiovisual products exclusively for private purposes both at national and international levels.

IPCA develops unique and effective system of protection of the rights of authors, performers and producers of phonograms and audiovisual products in the territory of the Customs’ Union of Russia, Republic Kazakhstan and Republic Belarus and other future members of IPCA.
